Standard Shipping included in our price.  Allow approx 10 -12 days for processing and 5-7 business days for shipping  from the time the order if approved.

• Q: Can the processed items (plates, bowls, hot plates, etc) be used in the dishwasher, microwave, or oven?
  A: They can be used in the dishwasher only. Putting them in the microwave or oven could cause them to blister and burn.
   
• Due to the advanced digital process, there is no minimum quantity required to order. You can order one of each of our products, or you can order a thousand of each of our products. It's entirely up to your needs
   
• Basic file types you can use for your photo gifts: .jpg, png, and .gif.
  
  JPEG (can be .jpg or .jpeg)- JPEG's support over 16 million colors, but can "distort" the image to compress the file size. The amount distortion is directly related to the 'quality' setting the image is saved with. We also recommend that you use the least amount of jpeg compression possible. (This is a setting on cameras that is sometimes called "quality" or "compression".) While high resolution and low compression will increase transfer times, they will produce the best results.
  
  PNG - Portable Network Graphics format that supports a completely loss-less compression.
  
  GIF û Graphic Interchange Format files work best with simple line art, logos and icons.
   
• Yes you can use black and white images can give your photo gifts a "timeless" feel that will give them a special feeling to you many years from now.  Be creative with black & white images, sepia ("old-fashioned") images, or even just designs your kids have drawn using Paint or some other computer-graphics program.
   
• What is a good size  150 dpi 10.5" x 10.5" picture.  When a computer displays a digital image, what it does is take the data in the file and display thousands of tiny dots on your screen. The more dots an image has, the more detailed the picture can be. Image quality is measured by dots per inch, or "dpi".
   
• Once you've completed your order, the automated manufacturing process immediately schedules your Photo Gift for production.   Because we strive to deliver high-quality Photo Gifts to all our customers as quickly as possible, we are unable to accept changes  to an order after an order has been placed.
   
• Q: Can multiple plates be processed from 1 image?
  A: Yes, multiple plates can be processed using the same image
   
• Q: What is the turnaround time for processed items?
  A: From the time you approve and pay for the items it usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks to get the order back to you.
  Most of that time is return shipping, the factory receives the digital image with in 24hrs of approval and is in line to process right away.
  ALLOW plenty of time!  I suggest 3 weeks. Nothing is more discouraging than a package tied up in shipping and missing the "event".

Create A Plate Instructions page

 After you set up your account,

select Original Photo Products
 to pick your item and upload your photo.

After creating a Log In, click on Original Photo Products
Select your item (I used a plate below)

Select it item, them browse for the picture you want to use,
remember the better the quality of the image
the better the finished item.
 I usually finalize/flatten my finished scrapbook page
and save it as a 2400 x 2400 jpg for uploading.

Use the + - and arrows to get your image where you want it.
KEEP in mind that you will loose the outside 1/4
when it is printed so plan accordingly
and do not lace important stuff close to the edge.

Once you have uploaded an image you can use it on another item
when you click on upload you will see previous images.
