Death of Boosinger Infant
The infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Austin
Boosinger, of Allen, Kans., has gone from earth to blossom in Heaven.
Little Ina Dee came to grace the Boosinger home with the sunshine
of her baby presence on October 4, 1928.
She was one of a younger set of twins which came to bless the Boosinger
home.
Regardless of all that medical skill and the loving parents could
do the finger of death touched her and the little rose faded and died.
The Great Gardener plucked her to plan her in the Garden of Heaven on February
16, 1929.
There she now is safe forever from sorrow, sin and death.
In heaven she is a priceless treasure awaiting the coming of her parents.
She leaves a twin sister, Nina Lee, also a brother Dayle, and three
other sisters, Wanda, Imogene and Gayle.
The funeral service was conducted at the Methodist Episcopal church
at 3 P.M. by the Pastor, The Rev. Dwight Lyman Patton. The minister
used the text in Matt. 6:21 “Where your treasure is there will your heart
be also.”
Miss Reaburn and Miss Esther Haas sang two beautiful songs accompanied
at the piano by Mrs. E.J. Haas.
The casket was born by six neighbor girls, preceded by the minister
and two flower bearers, Virginia Wheat and Ruth Atherton.
The abundance of floral offerings and the presence of a large number
of relatives, friends and neighbors silently and powerfully spoke the sympathy
of the entire community for the bereaved family.
The body was tenderly laid to rest in the Allen cemetery.
